Cha Fan Rewards會員計劃由茶飯飲食有限公司擁有及營運,茶飯飲食有限公司有絕對權利隨時修改計劃內容及細則。申請人(下稱 會員)登記即表示已閱讀並接受以下的條款及細則,並同意受本條款所約束。
A. 會員計劃概覽
本計劃會籍共分 3 個等級 - 基本會員、銀會員及尊尚會員。
會員級別:基本會員
會籍有效期:不設期限
申請條件:免費登記註冊
升級條件:累積消費滿HK$1000,即可升級為銀會員。
會員級別:銀級會員
會籍有效期:1年
申請條件:基本會員累積消費滿HK$1000,即可升級為銀會員。
續會條件: 該等級會藉期內累積消費滿 $1000,即可延續銀級會籍。若會籍期內累積消費少於$1000,將降至基本會員。
升級條件: 該等級會藉期內累積消費滿 $3000,即可升級為尊尚會員。
會員級別:尊尚會員
會籍有效期:1年
申請條件:銀級會員會藉期內累積消費滿HK$3000,即可升級為尊尚會員。
續會條件:該級會藉期內累積消費滿 $3000,即可延續尊尚會籍。若會籍期內累積消費少於$3000,將降至銀會員。
有關各會籍等級禮遇,茶飯飲食有限公司 可能會隨時對其進行修改,本公司有權決定申請人是否符合獲得會籍之申請、升級及/或續會條件,茶飯飲食有限公司將享有本計劃的最終決定權。
B. 會員積分
基本會員 $2 = 1分;銀級會員 $1 = 1分;尊尚會員 $1 = 1.5分

結帳時成功以Cha Fan Rewards會員頁內的二維碼登記消費後,積分將即時存入會員帳戶內;會員須於結帳時出示會員二維碼方可儲分,交易完成後積分恕不補發。

積分賺取及使用只適用於堂食及外賣自取,不包括惠顧第三方外賣平台的消費。

積分計算方法以每次交易扣除積分、折扣及優惠之實付淨額計算(包括加一服務費)。

所有取消的交易和退款最終均不能獲取積分。如在相關交易取消及/或退款前獲發賞分,該等賞分將自動從會員帳戶內扣除,包括從特定推廣活動中獲得的額外賞分。

積分有效期為1年,以會員帳戶內的「賞分到期日」為準。

所有積分均不設轉讓,積分獎賞一經兌換,積分不設退還及補發。
C. 會員日/優惠券/會員折扣/生日禮遇

每次交易只可使用優惠券一張,不設分單。亦不可與餐廳其他推廣及優惠同時使用,除特別註明外。

Cha Fan Rewards會員日設於每月9日,銀級會員及尊尚會員於會員日當天到茶飯飲食有限公司旗下所有餐廳堂食或到店外賣自取均可享9折優惠及額外賞分,此優惠不可與餐廳其他推廣及優惠券同時使用(包括所有會員優惠券)特別註明除外。

所有會員限定優惠及優惠券必須於結帳時出示會員二維碼掃描使用,交易完成後恕不受理。

生日禮遇會於生日當月的1號經系統自動發放,優惠券須於生日當月內使用,逾期失效,恕不補發。

會員優惠及生日禮遇可能會隨時更新,最新優惠請以會員頁面所示為準。
D. 個人私隱
會員提供的個人資料只用作會籍運作及本公司推廣用途,會員須自行負責妥善保管其會員號碼及帳戶登入密碼,並不可將該等資料透露或披露予第三者。因會員號碼或帳戶登入密碼之遺失、被竊或使用而引致任何損害或損失,本公司概不負責。
E. 免責聲明

對於因會籍和任何會員服務的使用或不可使用、提供或拒絕任何優惠而引起或與之相關的任何間接或附帶性損失、損害或費用,本公司概不負責。

如會員有任何不當及欺詐行為、非法使用Cha Fan Rewards會員計劃或違反本條款,本公司有權即時終止其會籍而毋須給予事先通知,相關的任何間接或附帶性損失、損害或費用,本公司概不負責。

茶飯飲食有限公司保留隨時修訂以上計劃內容、禮遇及其他事項(包括本條款及細則)的權利而毋須給予事先通知,會員可於會員網站www.chafan.hk/cha-fan-rewards/ 查閱最新計劃內容及本條款及細則。

Cha Fan Rewards Membership Program
The Cha Fan Rewards membership program is owned and operated by Cha Fan Catering Limited, which reserves the right to modify the program's content and terms at any time. By registering, the applicant (hereafter referred to as "Member") indicates that they have read and accepted the following terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these terms.
A. Membership Overview
This program has three membership levels: Basic Member, Silver Member, and Premium Member.
Membership Level: Basic Member

Upgrade Requirement: Accumulate spending of HK$1,000 to upgrade to Silver Member.

Application Requirement: Basic Member must accumulate spending of HK$1,000 to upgrade to Silver Member.

Renewal Requirement: Accumulate spending of HK$1,000 during the membership period to maintain Silver Membership. If spending is less than HK$1,000, the membership will downgrade to Basic Member.

Upgrade Requirement: Accumulate spending of HK$3,000 during the membership period to upgrade to Premium Member.
Membership Level: Premium Member

Renewal Requirement: Accumulate spending of HK$3,000 during the membership period to maintain Premium Membership. If spending is less than HK$3,000, the membership will downgrade to Silver Member.
Cha Fan Catering Limited may modify the privileges associated with each membership level at any time. The company has the right to determine whether an applicant meets the requirements for membership, upgrades, and/or renewals, and retains the final decision-making authority regarding this program.
B. Member Points
Basic Member: HK$2 = 1 point
Silver Member: HK$1 = 1 point
Premium Member: HK$1 = 1.5 points

Points will be credited to the member's account immediately after successfully registering a purchase using the QR code within the Cha Fan Rewards member page at checkout. Members must present their QR code at checkout to earn points; points will not be credited after the transaction is completed.

Points earning and redemption apply only to dine-in and takeout orders; this does not include purchases made through third-party delivery platforms.

Points calculation is based on the net amount paid after deducting points, discounts, and offers for each transaction (including service charges).

All canceled transactions and refunds will not earn points. If points were awarded before the related transaction is canceled and/or refunded, those points will be automatically deducted from the member's account, including any additional points earned from specific promotional activities.

Points are valid for 1 year, based on the "Points Expiry Date" in the member's account.

All points are non-transferable, and once redeemed, points are non-refundable and cannot be reissued.
C. Member Days / Coupons / Member Discounts / Birthday Gifts

Only one coupon can be used per transaction; splitting the bill is not allowed. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and offers from the restaurant unless specifically stated otherwise.

Cha Fan Rewards Member Day is on the 9th of each month; Silver and Prestige Members dining in or taking out at any restaurant under Cha Fan Catering Limited on that day can enjoy a 10% discount and earn extra points. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and coupons (except where specifically noted).

All member-exclusive offers and coupons must be presented via the member QR code at checkout; transactions completed without this will not be processed.

Birthday gifts will be automatically issued by the system on the 1st of the birthday month; coupons must be used within the birthday month, or they will expire and not be reissued.

Member offers and birthday gifts may be updated at any time. The latest offers are based on what is shown on the member page.
D. Personal Privacy
The personal information provided by members will only be used for membership operations and promotional purposes by the company. Members are responsible for the safe keeping of their membership number and account login password and must not disclose this information to third parties. The company is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by the loss, theft, or misuse of the membership number or account login password.
E. Disclaimer

The company is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss, damage, or expense arising from the use or inability to use membership and any member services, or the provision or refusal of any offers.

If a member engages in any improper or fraudulent behavior, illegally uses the Cha Fan Rewards membership program, or violates these terms, the company has the right to terminate their membership immediately without prior notice. The company is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss, damage, or expense in such cases.

Cha Fan Catering Limited reserves the right to amend the above program contents, privileges, and other matters (including these terms and conditions) at any time without prior notice. Members can refer to the latest program content and these terms and conditions on the member site at www.chafan.hk/cha-fan-rewards/.
